#ROLE OVERVIEW

Working within the Packaging Management department, the Graphic/Communications Designer will collaborate with colleagues in the design and optimization of LKQ brands.

The role is fast-paced and dynamic and extends further than editing and retouching images; the Graphic/ Communications Designer will ensure quality control and work with the supply chain to ensure packaging orders and requirements are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working independently to implement the design specifications of LKQ brands
Supporting in the creation of packaging specifications and guidelines
Managing the supply chain to meet packaging requirements and ensuring the accuracy of invoices
Identifying and selecting suppliers to place packaging orders
Editing, proofing and retouching images on a daily basis as part of the role function
Taking responsibility for quality control of all packaging materials ordered
Working to ensure the optimization and harmonization of brand packaging
Creating and editing professionallevel images, final artwork and print data, supervising graphic processes
Collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain brand websites
Embedding and embracing LKQ Europe's cultures and values as we move towards

one company with shared visions and goals

KEY AND DESIRED SKILLS

Successful completion of vocational training or academic qualification in a sector such as graphic design, communication design, media design or packaging technology
Professional experience within a packaging environment is advantageous
Strong command of both written and spoken English is essential
Capable of working independently
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and consistently
Affinity for technical products and good technical knowledge
