Die Stelle im Überblick

This position may involve tasks supporting any aspect of the project but has a particular focus on supporting education and the SyRF helpdesk and development:
Support communication and advertising via social media with researchers and stakeholders to build communities
Liaise with the SyRF software development team to support the release of new features by creating user support materials
Support developing and conducting interview questions to improve infrastructure for researchers and other stakeholders
Assist with organising and attending online community calls for the project

Danach suchen wir

Ordinarily enrolled students in marketing, communication, biomedicine, epidemiology, or similar
Strong online and in-person communication skills including responding swiftly to enquiries
Flexible and adaptable to working across research projects
Basic computing and statistical skills necessary
Highly proficient in English

Desirable criteria:

Advanced Microsoft 365 Package skills including Outlook an advantage
Experience with science communication an advantage
Experience in the use of social media an advantage
Proficiency in German an advantage
