In your new role you will:

Negotiate Frame agreements and individual agreements after suppliers election process
Negotiate Yearly and long term price/capacity to achieve set targets
Negotiate capacity upside/downside which can have a commercial impact
Negotiate general contract parameters in line with identified performance improvement measures
Implement risk mitigation measures pre supplier
Define the assumption for short/mid/long term price and volume forecast

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Degree holder in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, economics, etc.
More than 5 year working experience in experience in procurement and/or semiconductor industry related context e.g. buyer, business analyst for a central planning or strategy department or strategy consulting, market analyst (e.g. semiconductor markets, procurement category markets, raw material/commodity markets)
Well connected in the semiconductor specific market (e.g. established access to uptodate and relevant market information via specific conferences/fairs)
Fluent in English in speaking and written
Experience for fab manufacture for power discrete products is a plus for this role.
