YOUR TASKS
Plan and implement measures to execute our global employer branding strategy in close collaboration with countries & regions

Design and execute group-wide DEI initiatives that align with our company's values and objectives

Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (Leadership, HR, Communications, etc.) to design and implement strategies attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce

Conduct research and benchmarking to stay up to date on industry best practices for employer branding and DEI

Measure and report on the effectiveness of our employer branding and DEI efforts for further improvement


YOUR PROFILE
Enthusiastic and passionate personality that drives our Employer Branding and DEI initiatives to the next level

Excellent communication skills addressing various target groups and leadership levels

Strong conceptual skills and execution-oriented mindset

Strong cultural competency, collaboration and consensus building skills as well as a problem-solving mindset

Fluent English and German language skills

Ideally change management experience to drive the diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives
