Are you looking for a 6 to 12- month high-impact internship in a globally leading company? Are you an enthusiastic learner who has a passion for Sales Effectiveness & Data Analytics and enjoys working in a company in which your development is key? DHL Supply Chain has an opening for an Internship in the Sales Efficiency & Programs team in Bonn, Germany.

What will you do?

  • You will dive into the world of sales performance analysis, gaining valuable insights that will drive strategic decisionmaking across EMEA.
  • As part of our team, you will actively support the adoption of CRM systems and digital sales tools, empowering our Business Development Community to excel.
  • Collaborating with our digital marketing team, you will contribute to data analytics and improvement initiatives, helping us unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Working closely with EMEA Business Development leadership, you will optimize/define reporting frameworks and measure the success of our sales teams.t
  • You will contribute to building an innovative EMEA business development digital infrastructure, fostering collaboration, and driving technology adoption.
Who are we looking for?

  • You are an ambitious and talented individual with a background focused on supply chain management, business management, sales, data analytics, or a related field.
  • As a digital native, you possess great communication skills and thrive in an international environment.
  • Your passion for Business Intelligence systems like PowerBI and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sets you apart.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills are your strengths, allowing you to uncover valuable insights and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • You are reliable, not afraid to take initiative, and have excellent time management skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills will enable you to excel in our global team.
What can you bring as a plus?

  • Your experience or familiarity with CRM technologies like SalesForce will be a valuable asset as you dive into our digital sales ecosystem.
  • Additional knowledge of European languages will provide you with an extra edge, allowing you to connect with stakeholders across the region.
