An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Data & Enterprise Architect (d/f/m) within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in
Hamburg or Toulouse (Hamburg preferred).

As part of the DGSG - EA Data Architecture & Housekeeping team, you will play a key role in managing the complex IM portfolio and driving optimisation and simplification efforts.

The new IM operating model built on four key drivers:
collaboration between the business and IM, end-to-end product accountability, reinforced governance and people empowerment and development.

You will be responsible for managing technical dashboards that support the decision-making process, providing valuable insights through convergence maps, complexity analysis, and obsolescence statistics.

With your expertise in the IT landscape you will contribute to important company-wide initiatives such as
Export Control Compliance Project, IT Simplification and
Next Chapter Rewired.

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to participate in exciting company-wide projects, such as the IT Simplification Initiative and Export Control Compliance Project, representing the EA housekeeping team.

You will oversee all enterprise architecture housekeeping activities with colleagues in the DGSG team, contributing to the maintenance of the company's overall architecture landscape.

You will identify opportunities to simplify the IM landscape based on the enterprise architecture repositories, governance processes and housekeeping utilities

You are part of all analysis and monitoring processes in the IM landscape to ensure data quality.

You are also tasked with overseeing architectural changes, conducting self-sufficient global impact analysis in the business context, and overseeing and managing the overall cartography.

Desired skills and qualifications

You hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, and have successfully completed your studies.

You are an expert in IT principles and technologies, and you have extensive experience in an IT-related domain.

You embody a strong team spirit and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

You are skilled in agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe, as well as legacy V-cycle ones.

You excel at communicating complex information in English to diverse audiences, and knowledge of German is a plus.

You have a strategic mindset and are open to creative problem solving, always seeking innovative solutions to challenging problems.
