As global category director Fabric Care you lead and manage the important category of Fabric Care for one of our top Body & Home Care clients globally.

You will drive the business; grow sales and profitability by inspiring internal teams and key stakeholders on the client side.

You will be a leading force to foster our position as the reference and the preference for this strategic client.

Your key responsibilities

Leads the Category Business Plan and provides global Category leadership
Builds enthusiasm for the client and becomes dsmfirmenich's encyclopedia of their laundry brands
Actively steers and controls key commercial metrics for the category
Develops, communicates, implements, and maintains the global category strategy
Translates and anticipates customer requirements and manages expectations through effective communication and resource mobilization
Understands client technology and innovation needs and translates them into initiatives
Provides ongoing customer support and followup to ensure satisfaction and become the client's reference and preference

Education: bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing, science...)
Experience: 57 years of successful fragrance/ingredient international sales experience
Empathic selfstarter with excellent people skills
Strong overall business acumen
Computer literacy fluent in English
