YOUR TASKS
Responsible for active product lifecycle management as well as product portfolio analysis. Drives changes as main stakeholder and information hub, linking all internal departments

Initial focus on management of cable / harness portfolio plus auxiliary Trailer products such as TPMS and RDC

Manages & drives product specific adjustments (VAVE, Software Releases, CR adjustments)

Conducts assessment of market shares, benchmarks, and competitor landscape

Define & execute (customer) product strategy reflecting market requirements

Monitors profitability of products and ensures contribution to performance of business unit

Verifies product portfolio including innovation management vs. market requirements with roadmap

Provides Technical Sales and KAM's with information for promoting products & support with creation of product documentation

Working with SCRUM methodology - prioritise product backlog to reflect product, market and business needs


YOUR PROFILE
Successfully completed university studies of engineering sciences or business and engineering

Professional experience in product and project management

Very good product and system knowledge as advantage

Very good command of written and spoken German and English language

Reliable and structured way of working as well as confident and customer-oriented appearance

Communication and persuasion skills
