To strengthen our Global Digital Sales Innovation department, we are looking for a motivated Specialist Global Digital Sales Innovation (M/F/d) who likes to drive things forward together.

What you can expect:

Contribute to global Wholesale projects to support that the business sponsor requirements are achieved
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion
Monitoring project performance by tracking key metrics, analysing data, and generating regular status reports.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including internal business and with our global subsidiaries
Act as a strong liaison between IT and the business unit, to ensure an understanding of the business requirements

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
Professional experience in an international business environment
Proficient project management skills, including project planning as well as organizational skills and attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project documentation are important.
First experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders on multiple levels
Excellent analytical thinking and problemsolving mindset are valuable in identifying project issues
Dedicated team players with perseverance & resilience that is the driving force of the project team
Proficient written and spoken in English
