Responsibilities:


  • You develop and execute internal communications strategies (including messaging, channels, and formats)
  • You create and deliver the related internal communications content (for example newsletters, intranet content, videos, town hall meetings and presentations)
  • When and as communication tools are developed and implemented, you train our organization on their effective use
  • You ensure a clear and consistent internal communication, which is aligned with company goals and values by collaborating with key stakeholders
  • You monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and provide improvement recommendations (based on feedback and data analysis)
  • To ensure a relevant internal communication on time, you maintain a content calendar
  • Through communications and events, you promote employee engagement, positive company culture as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in journalism, communications, public relations, advertising, marketing or comparable
  • You have collected a minimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field
  • You combine excellent writing and editing skills with experience in compelling content creation and the delivery across various platforms
  • Strong project and change management skills help you to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Across the organization, you are ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders
  • You enjoy to train and communicate best practices, including digital content development, SEO, PR, and social media
  • Your Microsoft 365 skills as well as your cultural sensitivity and fluency in German and English rounds off your profile
