  • Mail Coordination with Shared Service / Reception
  • Organize archiving
  • Support Accounting / Treasury / Tax work
  • Supply material purchasing

  • Plan and facilitate meetings (internal as well as external)
  • General administration and administration of contracts
  • Hosting guests
  • IT tools / equipment and office organization
  • Travel management and Expense reports
  • Administration of local sharepoints / Intranet pages
  • Organize trainings for the team
  • Other services as required

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor degree or completed vocational education
years job professional experience

  • Very good knowledge in MS-Office, especially PowerPoint und Excel
  • Fluent in English German and other languages are appreciated
  • Team oriented, sociable
  • Good linguistic expression
  • Interest in Financial tasks
