We are looking for an Assistant to SVP Global Marketing & Brand Communications (M/F/d) starting as soon aspossible.

What you can expect:

Relieving the workload and proactivelysupporting the divisional management in daytoday business
Preparation, organisation, coordination andimplementation of internal and externalmeetings, telephone conferences and otherappointments for the supervisor
General administrative tasks, e.g. procurementof offi ce supplies, provision of IT equipment,organisation of hospitality, preparation andfollowup of meetings, taking minutes andhandling adhoc issues
Travel management and travel expensereporting for the supervisor
Budget compilation, monitoring andadministration in consideration of KPI's as wellas initiation of measures in coordination withthe division management if necessary
Preparation of presentations
Optimising organisational processes andensuring smooth communication

Your profile:

At least 5 years of professional experience ina in a similar role, or one with relevant crossover skills
Distinct organisational skills as well as anindependent and structured way of working
Conscientiousness, reliability, discretion andloyalty
Flexible, adaptable and open minded
High level of business maturity
Fluent English and German skills, both writtenand spoken
Confi dent handling MS-Offi ce (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as Adobe
