Responsibilities

Continuously keep the prototype fleet's software and calibration uptodate
Improve and develop LTIC's diagnostic tools and equipment landscape
Lead and manage the inhouse test equipment and licenses
Establish strong links into the other global Lotus Engineering Centers with regards to propulsion controller software and calibration
Lessons learned documentation and measures for findings made

Requirements:

Bachelor or master's degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in controller, software and calibration handling
First experiences in epowertrain advantageous
Test experience and familiar with tools like CANoe, CANape and INCA
Good knowledge of controller data analysis (measurement or flight recorder data)
Good technical understanding and overview of the powertrain unit development from early development phase to serial production and launch in global markets, especially for Chinese, European and North America markets
Good understanding of OBD, calibration and software function development
Experienced in software and calibration versioning
Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills within international teams
Technical thinking, analytical and structured approach and high willingness to learn and work in a high intensity and dynamical environment
Flexible regarding workplace in Raunheim Engineering Centre and Dudenhofen Proving Ground
Flexible regarding travels in Europe, China and other countries if needed
Driving license B
Fluent in English, German and any additional language would be advantageous
