Responsibilities:

Strategic alignment of the GIT/GIB organisation at KLM and KLx intensive and regular contact with the contact persons in the KL companies
Coordination of MBOs with the locally responsible sales force and their superiors
Offer and carry out training activities on a regular basis for the locally responsible sales force
Plan the budget (manpower, investments, material expense and special projects) on the basis of the planning objectives
Optimal use of existing human resources geared towards focal topics and efficiency
Promote innovation and product developments in a growthoriented way
Define and develop further key, global and large accounts contributing to disproportionate growth

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering or Business & Engineering or equivalent expertise skills acquired in several years of practice
Experience in the mining industry, either:
Selling into the mining industry, ideally mobile equipment-
Maintenance / Reliability / Engineering / Operations role in mining company-
Ability to navigate and influence within matrix organization (strong lateral leadership skills)
Ability to influence key stakeholders at global HQs of customers
Willingness to drive sales through lateral leadership
Balanced mix of technical and commercial understanding, strong business acumen
Excellent English both orally and in writing
Intercultural background or international work experience
Lateral Team leading capability in a matrix organization
Willingness to travel worldwide %
