Your tasks on our team

  • You build and maintain strong relationships withexisting clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • You utilize the CRM system to manage and trackcustomer interactions, sales activities, and followup tasks
  • You oversee the customer experience from the initialacquisition until the contract is signed
  • You collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensurethe successful implementation and delivery of products and services
  • If required, you support the acquisition of newcustomers in order to react flexibly to market requirements

Your experience and knowledge

  • Experiencein a relevant sales position, ideally in the SaaS environment
  • Knowledgeof customer relationship management and maintaining longterm customerpartnerships
  • Proficiencyin using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Excellent negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients
