Product Performance Specialist (M/F/d) - Premium Tractor_.

What You Will Do

Technical expert in the field of premium tractors
Process responsibility over product improvement measures
Creation and publication of customer service bulletins
Main contact for external service providers (e

g:
for translations and publications)

Consolidate and prepare data and content for the creation of global customer service measures
Global interface within the customer support team
Preparation and consolidation of top issues from the individual modules for AGCO internal communication
Developing communication rules for 1st level support on key topics

What You Will Bring

Completed studies in technical business administration, engineering or similar
Experience in the creation of business cases
Knowledge of the workshop environment or after sales
Good written and spoken English language skills; other language skills would be an advantage

A Plus If You Have

Ability to communicate in interdisciplinary and international teams
Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and enthusiasm
Experience in project or process managementExperience
