Your future plans

  • Rolling out a consistent process framework across all accounting areas for the RWE Group
  • Providing training sessions around accounting processes both classroom and virtual
  • Building process documentation and learning materials with Signavio, SAP SolMan and Confluence
  • Provide support to Accounting divisions of local RWE operational companies and SAP users in RWE internationally

Your powerful skills

  • University degree in economics or comparable training in combination with professional experience in accounting
  • Openminded and proactive personality paired with social skills
  • Good SAP knowledge, especially in the S4 architecture
  • Good accounting knowledge and experience in a group accounting system
  • Ability to write guidelines and implement a process documentation
  • Knowledge in change management toolsets (e.g. ITIL, JIRA and Confluence)
  • Knowledge in support frameworks to handle support requests and provide guidance for lesser experienced users
  • Business fluent in German and English

Advantageous, but not a must

  • Polish language skills for the collaboration with the SSC in Katowice
