Our Client Success Team lead role will offer you the opportunity to lead and develop a team of talented and passionate Client Success managers of our German/Austrian brokerage business.


Your main responsibility will be:

  • Track team KPIs, set clear goals, and monitor progress using a datadriven approach
  • Cultivate the team's culture and exemplify our values by serving as a role model
  • Closely monitor client satisfaction and retention. Identify and execute strategies for incremental improvement
  • Support the launch of new products and features. Actively contribute to your team's communication strategy
  • Regularly meet with Operations and Product Teams to discuss new and existing processes and identify improvements

Qualifications

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a leadership position within customer service/client success and are familiar with the industry's KPIs
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus. A strong background in banking/FinTech is also highly valued
  • You possess a customercentric mindset and are committed to delivering exceptional service
  • You are empathetic, enjoy working with people, and have a passion for knowledge sharing
  • You are a continuous learner with a desire for selfdevelopment
  • You can effectively communicate the company's overarching vision and objectives
  • Fluency in English is required. German language skills are a great advantage
