Project Manager Officer (PMO) (d/f/m):

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the awareness, adoption and suitability of divisional project management; processes, methods and tools
Lead / contribute to improvement initiatives defined and designed to bring positive change
Organize and support the monthly program reviews
Followup of program status including reporting to all management levels
Performance monitoring (milestones tracking), control and reporting, phase reviews
Risk and opportunity management
Responsible for defining and executing the activities applicable

Desired skills and qualifications:

University degree (3 years bachelor or similar)
Professional experience in at least one of the following areas: planning and reporting of programs / projects, document, configuration and change management.
Knowledge in project management processes and associated IT tools related to project management
Intermediate level PM, PMO and Bid processes, methods, tools & procedures
Good analytical capabilities and proactive attitude
English and German at negotiation level will be essential due to the nature of the role and the stakeholders; other languages would be a plus (Spanish, French)

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
