Your Mission

On the one hand you support the Vice President Global Product Line Portfolio with administrative & organizational activities
You are responsible for the product line calendar as well as the organization of appointments, meetings, and travels. You also prepare strategic meetings and create decisionmaking & presentation documents
On the other hand, you take on responsibility by controlling the Product Line Office activities with high visibility in the company
You track the PMO activities, e.g., monitoring of the R&D project portfolio, derivation of strategic recommendations based on relevant KPIs, planning and tracking of project budgets
You plan global project update meetings based on agile working methods and actively participate in the optimization of internal processes
You are also responsible for the internal and external communication of the Product Line Office activities

Your Talents

Degree in the field of business, MedTec or a related field of study, with first relevant work experience through internships or studies abroad
Alternatively, completed apprenticeship in business administration or a related field with at least two years of relevant work experience
Great administrative skills and understanding of daily operations
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Project management and problemsolving ability
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Familiarity with American and European culture
English language skills are required
