We are recruiting an experienced Head of Sales Enablement to lead the development and execution of a robust global sales enablement strategy to maximize the success of our global Go-to-Market (GtM) teams.

In this role, you will identify and address sales enablement needs, develop comprehensive training programs, and implement effective sales enablement tools and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Sales Enablement Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales enablement strategy that aligns with organizational goals and regional requirements.
  • Establish standardized processes, methodologies, and training programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness across regions.
  • Leadership and Team Development:
  • Build and lead a highperforming global sales enablement team capable of delivering impactful programs and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to regional sales and enablement leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Sales Methodology Implementation:
  • Contribute to the implementation and reinforcement of a standardized sales methodology across regions (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to adapt methodologies to local market nuances while maintaining global alignment.
  • Technology and Tools Governance:
  • Evaluate, select, and optimize the use of sales enablement technologies and tools on a global scale.
  • Ensure proper training and adoption of tools, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration across regions.
  • Global Process Alignment and Continuous Improvement:
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to align sales processes with global strategy.
  • Implement a framework for ongoing assessment and optimization of sales processes, leveraging global insights to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Industry background: Hardware and software industry; B2B Experience
  • Companytype: Experience in high growth scaleups or mature companies
  • Seniority: 5y+ of Leadership Experience in Sales Enablement; having worked as a seller is a huge plus
  • Location: hybrid / remote is possible
  • Characteristics: Strong communication Skills, Analytical and strategic thinking, Handson execution and quality oriented, Collaborative team player, Capability to drive change management
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
