About us
At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world.

To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network.

As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS).

In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development.

With offices in Berlin and Sofia, we are aiming to bring new generation of innovative infotainment systems across the globe.

Your Mission

Modeling of business processes (focus on business administration processes) with BPMN 2.0
Organize and conduct workshops and interviews for process mapping
Support of the Process Manager
Creation and administration of workflows
Further development of the business process model
Optimize the presentation and communication of processes

Qualifikationen
Your Profile
You are studying business administration or a comparable course of study
You have very good knowledge of the modeling language BPMN 2.0
Ideally, you have initial knowledge in the field of process management
Ideally, you have already worked with the PM tool Signavio
You have experience in conducting interviews and modeling processes
You are communicative and like to be actively involved in topics
You want to make a difference and have a "gettingthingsdone" mentality
You have a high level of comprehension and a good understanding of complex issues
Structured work is important to you and good selforganization is one of your strengths
You are business fluent in German and English
