To further support our colleagues from all business units we are excited to grow our HR team by a Recruiter (M/F/d) at our European Headquarters in Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia.

In this role you will report to the Vice President of Human Resources.

In this role you will:

Take responsibility for our systemsupported applicant management
Collaborate with our HR team to _further implement _our employer branding
Support the hiring managers in filling vacancies from students to leadership positions
Formulate job advertisements in close cooperation with the hiring managers
Publish our vacancies on various platforms and advertise them, e.g. on LinkedIn
Advise hiring managers about recruitment processes and the most fitting approach for their vacancies
Collaborate with the HR team to constantly evolve and optimize the existing recruitment processes
Prepare and participate in job fairs with your HR colleagues

Ideally your qualifications include:

University degree or commercial education in Business Studies, Human Resources, Sociology or similar
Practical experience in the field of recruiting
A positive, open mindset and enthusiasm to reach out to many people
Customerorientation and a structured way of working
Fluency in English and good communication skills in German are required, another European asset is of advantage
