- Aktive Mitarbeit in der Due Diligence und in den Akquisitions-Prozessen
- Erstellung von Unternehmens- und Marktanalysen
- Identifizierung von Unternehmen für Buy-and-Built Strategien
- Unterstützung bei der Bewertung von Unternehmen
- Erarbeitung von Unternehmensbewertungen in den verschiedenen Stadien eines M&A-Prozesses bei unterschiedlichen Ausgangslagen
- Umsetzung von Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen ggf. auch bei unseren Portfolio Unternehmen vor Ort
- Erarbeitung von Sanierungs- und Turnaround Plänen
- Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Businessplänen, Finanzmodellen sowie Unternehmensbewertungen
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenverbindungen
- Fortgeschrittenes Studium (mind. 4. Semester) vorzugsweise in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studiengang
- Top analytische Fähigkeiten und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Accounting und Valuation
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Rahmen vorangegangener Praktika in den Bereichen Turnaround, Consulting, Technology, Corporate Finance sind empfehlenswert
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Die Fähigkeit, strukturiert zu arbeiten und zielorientiert zu handeln
- Überdurchschnittliche Motivation, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Hands-on Mentalität
- Eigenverantwortung und Bereitschaft sich in komplexe Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
