Tasks:
Your tasks:
- Extensive diary management, for senior managers and other team members
- Arranging travel; organizing and providing detailed travel schedules.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to organize client meetings and full trip agendas.
- Processing expenses and invoices in a timely manner.
- Arranging internal and client meetings booking conference rooms and catering, registering guests, and ensuring materials are organized.
- General team admin including photocopying, printing, attendance tracking, and fielding calls.
- Involved in client event organization.
- Flexibility to support other assistant colleagues and cover when necessary.
Profile:
Skills:
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Able to prioritize a variety of timesensitive tasks
- Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally
- Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
- Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams
- Be resourceful and able to use own initiative in solving issues
- Proactive attitude when managing diaries and workload
- Discretion to deal with confidential business matters
- Positive and approachable demeanour with a "can do, muck in" attitude
