Your challenge:


You are the first point of contact for users and plays a fundamental role to create a unique customer experience by answering user questions on a wide range of topics, including the use of the app or support on technical issues.

Your contribution directly impacts the CSAT, the conversion rate, and the retention of our users.


We are looking for Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) to join our top-motivated Operations team, for a limited contract from 09th of January 2023 until 30th of June 2023.


Your responsibilities:


  • On top of that, you acquire great knowledge about our product (technical specs. and functionalities) and basic tax knowledge to support our users and create related content available for our users
  • You take part in the quality assurance process of our product and processes.
  • You contribute to the product development through pre testing sessions.
  • And you assist on other backoffice projects across the team.

Your profile:


  • You have 2+ years of professional experience providing outstanding customer support (B2C or B2B).
  • You have a customercentric mindset and a passion for excellent customer service.
  • You can manage competing priorities and in general independently be able to organise own work.
  • You are bringing a proactive attitude: you don't wait for someone else to solve a problem, but take matters into your own hands.
  • You speak Dutch at a fluent level and communicate confidently in English.
  • You are confident in navigating cloud tools (Google Drive).
