Responsibilities
- Manage the talent acquisition process from source through to offer
- Partner with Hiring Manager's and Senior Stakeholders advising on Talent Acquisition process, developing a recruitment strategy with client groups
- Direct sourcing and management of applicants via the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other methods
- Realtime update of the applicant tracking system (Workday)
- Provide weekly reports on progress and build intelligence of the market
- Work with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions or success profiles
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, ideally within a role covering recruitment of Sales
- Strong collaborative and consultative approach
- Excellent experience in utilizing sourcing tools to help provide insights (LinkedIn, ATS data points, hiring plan reports etc)
- Good Excel skills
- Strong communication skills and experience of negotiating with different audiences
- Experience in using various HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems (Smart Recruiters and/or Workday a big plus)
- Fluency in English and German is a must
