Your daily workout:


  • You are responsible for the
    worldwide maintenance and development of an efficient and effective Salesforce instance
  • You support the Global Process Owners with their vision to streamline and standardize the Lead2Offer and Offer2Cash processes in Salesforce, and are responsible for the
    continuous improvement of all Salesforce processes
  • You
    coordinate the internal Salesforce key users as well as the external project partners
  • You work with SAP and integration experts to
    orchestrate our IT ecosystem to ensure systems and processes are congruent and aligned
  • You
    support users by providing documentation and comprehensive training
  • You are responsible for internal Salesforce
    system communications, i.e. bug fixes, new features and product updates to key stakeholders

Your fitness level:


  • You have
    3+ experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator, additional certificates are a plus
  • You work
    independently according to the latest Salesforce best practices and enjoy working with numbers and extensive databases
  • You have experience in
    deployment (ideally including using git)
    as well as in dealing with project management and support systems (e.g. Jira Service Desk)
  • You have strong
    communication skills and are interested in designing processes in an internationally growing company
  • You have a
    "problemsolving" mindset that helps you analyze problems and recommend a solution, including an action plan
  • You enjoy a challenging,
    fastpaced environment that is centered around Salesforce

Your training goal for your first 6 months:

  • You establish
    strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • You manage
    administrative tasks and Tier2/3 tickets in a timely manner with requestor satisfaction of min. 4,5 /
  • You determine and implement "First Time Right"
    data quality controls in the system
  • You
    perform required data cleansing, setting up validation rules, creating reports, compiling dashboards and setting up automations in alignment with process strategy
