    is a new type of social media platform that doesn't just focus on playing media in a social media post to create a basis for discussion. trendhub instead offers a virtual 3D multimedia space that combines several social media posts on a topic to create a broader discussion. trendhub offers a new way of consuming, exploring and discussing topics in a more multi-layered way.

    In any virtual space, every Like after community interaction leads to a clear result, which is recorded in clear indicators from which a trend can be derived. In the future, this trend will be used to gain clearer insights into many areas of daily life and business around the world.

    The users who create the trend will participate financially in the value creation of the content and will also be remunerated through a non-manipulable distribution system of digital goods. This breaks down the traditional power structure in social media networks.

    The use cases provided by influencers, companies, organisations and each individual community member in a virtual trendhub space go beyond our previous idea of how we experience content in social media.

    Role Overview:
    Join us as our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and be at the forefront of this transformation, leveraging trends to gain insights into global daily life and business sectors. As COO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, optimizing our business model, and driving us towards strategic milestones.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company.
    • Implement and manage operational plans to promote growth and enhance market positioning of both trendhub and NFTsolution.Network.
    • Collaborate closely with the CEO and other C-suite executives to align departmental goals with the company's business strategy.
    • Enhance operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organizations' mission, particularly, support better management reporting, information flow, business process, and organizational planning.
    • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
    • Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems, and controls, including management of the company's budget.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and influencers to ensure robust network expansion.
    • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence.
    • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

    Requirements:

    • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience as COO or relevant role with a minimum of 5 years in operational leadership within the social media, technology, or related industry.
    • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
    • Experience in fundraising will be a plus.
    • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and digital goods distribution.
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, with expertise in procedural and systemic enhancements.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
    • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
