Passive Safety Systems is carving out from ZF's current portfolio to become an independent company.

This will allow the Division to further grow and expand its market position in safety restraint technologies by involving external investors.

What you can look forward to as Compliance Officer (M/F/d) for IPO:

Analyze whether diverse business practices across the company comply with national and international legal standards and requirements applicable to a listed stock corporation, particularly but not limited to the areas of anti-corruption and bribery, anti-money laundering, antitrust and conflicts of interests
Support the surveying and reporting of compliance risk to enable regular and ad hoc reporting as required under regulations applicable to public companies
Present, explain and defend compliance obligations and processes to internal stakeholders and third parties, including customer and supplier representatives
Provide legal guidance on Compliance inquiries
Integrate global compliance standards into internal policies and process descriptions
Continuously monitor compliance standards and legal developments and drive the maintenance and constant modification of the Compliance management system
Direct and oversee outside counsel
Support other compliance functions and initiatives, including trainings, business partner screenings, communication activities and investigations with the general objective to meet legal compliance standards and mitigate liability of the Passive Safety System Group, its entities and staff, including Executive Management

Your Profile as Compliance Officer (M/F/d) for IPO:

Law degree, e.g. Juris Doctorate
Min. 5 years of experience in legal and/or compliance practice either in a global industrial company or a major accounting or law firm; experience in a listed stock corporation is strongly preferred
Strong methodical approach, analytical and processoriented thinking, critical judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset
Fluent English language skills
Knowledge in German language is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 30%
