About us
At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world.

To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network.

As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS).

In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development.

With offices in Berlin and Sofia, we are aiming to bring new generation of innovative infotainment systems across the globe.

Your Mission

MBition GmbH is developing and integrating the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment Audio team, we are enriching entertainment experience for our Mercedes Benz users.

We bring experience content to the MBUX system which takes in car entertainment experience to next - Lead, develop and empower a group of software engineers in the Audio domain.

Sneak preview of your future tasks

Lead team to excellence and to become selfdirected
Contribute to the concept draft and project initiation, validation of future projects
Empower software engineers by providing best tools for their work
Contribute to the architectural evaluation of projects
Continuous improvement of people and projects in the team
Hiring and being responsible for the professional development of software engineers
Initiate projects by staffing software engineers, providing them guideline to drive

Qualifikationen
Your Profile

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology, or a comparable qualification

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead
Several years experience in software development using agile methods
International/intercultural work experience desirable
Several years of professional audio experience desirable
Leadership experience in an agile organization
Pronounced team spirit, welldeveloped teamwork skills and communication
High degree of independence, flexibility, creativity, ability to cooperate, personal initiative, perseverance, and resilience
Solution and goaloriented way of working, strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
High level of commitment, willingness to learn and quick comprehension
