Duties:

Works under the supervision of the Facility Director who makes specific assignments, explains polices and procedures and performs general housekeeping to ensure facilities/courts are ready for use.
Job may require work in various facilities depending on requirements as determined by customer demand or programmed activities.
Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility area. Operates equipment and performs maintenance on facilities and equipment.
Conducts surveillance of facility and reports any unusual findings to supervisor. Arranges furniture and equipment for various types and sizes of events; puts up and takes down special event decorations. May assist in conducting community events.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.

Qualifications:

Possess work experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the following duties:
secure facility, issue equipment to customers, collect fees as applicable, and monitor inventory, supplies and equipment.

2. Have the ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.

Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.

Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials

This is a paybanded position.
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
_If authorized, only regular (fulltime, parttime, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._ When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of nonovertime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Incentives will not be paid.
Foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
