Biologist as Field Application Scientist - qPCR (M/F/d)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform product demonstrations and training at customer or company sites; deliver product line specific presales activities
Prepare and present seminars to wide array of audiences
Support the organization in the achievement of the regional commercial, service and support goals
Tackle customer partner concerns optimally through indepth troubleshooting
Remain up to date with product and groundbreaking scientific knowhow and work in line with our Support & Service Competencies

Education:

PhD or MSc in Biological Sciences, or equivalent experience

Experience:

Experience in presenting technical materials in written and verbal form

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical problems
Customerfacing experience is an asset; good commercial insight and demeanor required
Strong communication skills; capable of interacting with a diverse population of internal and external contact
Fluency in German and English (Minimum Level C1) is a must. Other languages are beneficial

Travel:

Flexibility to travel throughout area of responsibility (approx. 75% of the time)
Valid driving license
