DACH Quality is looking for a Quality Performance Specialist, can be located anywhere in the DACH Region.
The position reports to the DACH Quality Process Performance and Improvement Director, and is part of an international and very motivated team in charge of the regional Quality governance (between other topics) in the DACH region.
We are looking for a highly motivated person with good data analysis knowledge and good communication skills (frequent remote contact with many people from other sites).
The DACH Quality Performance Engineer supports the following areas of activity:
Global Quality Office
- RSC Monthly Performance followup & Monthly Operational Performance Review
- Monthly Dashboard review meeting,
- Monthly Quality Tender Review meeting
- Monthly Project Gate Review meeting
- Monthly TOP 10 review
- Contact Central Quality Office
Regional Quality Office Responsabilities
- Monthly Operational reviews
- Process and Integration Review
Qlik sense DACH Quality Implementation
- Monthly Dashboard
- Critical Project Dashboard
Quality Regional Office
- Project Governance, Project Gate Review, Early Warnings
- Trainings and number trainers
- Quality Competency Assessment & Development plans
- Support PPI Director DACH
- Support Quality Director DACH
Knowledge & Experience
- Technical degree (Engineering; Economics; Mathematics etc)
- Fresh Graduate or up to 2 years' experience in similar positions
- Analytical approach/ skills
- Good capacity for synthesis
- Communicational skills
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Oral and written English expression required
- Qilk Sense and Power BI experience would be a plus
