We are currently looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator (M/F/d) to join our Integrated Facilities Management Team for one of the sites in Bochum.

Your tasks:

Conduct daily site walk checklist to ensure flawless execution, look out for defects and remediate any dangerous conditions immediately

Ensure all workspace, including meeting rooms and collaboration spaces, are in 'ready-to-use' condition whenever unoccupied throughout the workday

Liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues (FM, Engineering, Project Mgmt.) and vendors to support the functionality of the workspace

Ensure services are delivered within SLA's and compliant with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Maintain open communication with all visitors, clients and employees on the floor including regular updates and follow ups, except for the visitors

Ensure pantry and supplies are readily available and stock if necessary

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

4 years prior experience in hospitality, tourism, events operations property management, or related profession

Confident, friendly & engaging

Reliable and discrete

Flexible and adaptable in their approach

Customer focused mentality with a passion for hospitality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate professionally at all levels

Meticulous with strong organizational and time management skills

Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook)
