You are responsible for the expansion & execution of marketing, sales & human resources topics


Your core task:
Complete the development of the sales and marketing department
You are accountable for hiring new employees
You are creating and setting up the marketing strategy
You do the strategic development of the company in cooperation with the management team
Your responsibility is the P&L structure
You will negotiate with partners & clients

Your Qualification
You have 8-10 years of work experience as well as 5 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility, furthermore you have Startup experience
You have a background in sales and project management, and you are excellent at the handling of a fast past environments
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, you work in a structured way, and you have an affinity for strategic and operational structures
You are able to work KPI driven, and you have experience in sustainability or ESG as well as real estate experience
You are fluent in written and spoken English & German
