Introduction

Carnival Maritime GmbH is part of Carnival Corporation and serves the brands of AIDA Cruises and Costa Crociere as their marine service unit.

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate planned training activities with our crew, inhouse colleagues and training institutions
Coordinate the travel arrangements and its logistics for the crew members from/to the trainings
Prepare reports as required
Process the training related invoices
Maintain personal records and related databases

Your Profile

Degree in professional training and/ or Bachelor/Diploma degree in HR Field and or Social Sciences / Ship Management or similar fields is required. Master's degree is a plus
Professional experience in Training in the HR department and preferably in the cruise Industry is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills in building professional networks of trust with internal and external stakeholders
Good organizational skills
Proficient computer skills including MS Office 36
Very good command of the English language (English is our company's official language
