Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Doktoranden (m/w/d) **für das Thema **"Industrialisierung von innovativen Elektroden für gedruckte OPV"** in Vollzeit.

- Sie haben Erfahrung in Druck
- und Beschichtungstechnologien, insbesondere im Tintenstrahldruck und in der Schlitzdüsenbeschichtung. _You_ _have experience in printing and coating technologies, especially inkjet printing and slot-die coating._
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit einem hohen Maß an Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent._ You are a teamplayer with high levels of motivation, initiative and organizational talent._

**Ihre Hauptaufgaben / **_Your main responsibilities_**
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von innovativen Druck
- und beschichtungsprozessen für Elektroden. _Development and optimization of innovative printing and coating processes for electrodes._
- Definition von Material
- und Prozessspezifikationen sowie Identifizierung und Qualifizierung von Materialien. _Definition of material and process specifications and identification and qualification of materials._
- Prozesstransfer vom Labor in den Rolle-zu-Rolle (R2R) Produktionsmaßstab. _Process transfer from lab to roll-to-roll (R2R) production scale._
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Experimenten sowie deren Auswertung, Bewertung und Dokumentation. _Planning and execution of experiments toghether with their analysis, assessment and documentation on own responsibility._
- Entwicklung von Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). _Development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)._
- Unterstützung bei den allgemeinen F&E-Aktivitäten. _Support in the general R&D operations._
