    Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Dich in Bergisch Gladbach als Chemielaborant in Vollzeit als Prüfer in der GLP-Prüfeinrichtung (m/w/d).

    Dieses Profil bringst Du mit:

    • Abgeschlossene chemische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Chemielaborant, CTA oder vergleichbar)
    • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem analytischen Labor

    Es wäre klasse, wenn du noch folgendes mitbringst:

    • Praktische Erfahrung und theoretische Ausbildung im Bereich der instrumentellen Analytik (GC, HPLC, IC)
    • Praktische Erfahrung und theoretische Ausbildung bei der Bestimmung von physikalisch-chemischen Parametern (Viskosität, Dichte, Oberflächenspannung, u.v.m.)
    • Gute Kenntnisse in QS-Systemen wie GxP und/oder ISO
    • Gute Kenntnisse mit Software-Systemen für die instrumentelle Analytik (z.B. Chromeleon)
    • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Kenntnisse in Projektplanung und Zeitmanagement
    • Kenntnisse in statistischer Auswertung
    • Gute Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word)

    Deine Aufgaben:

    • Arbeiten gemäß Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOP) im GLP Umfeld
    • GLP gerechte Dokumentation von Arbeitsergebnissen

    Aufgabenumfeld:

    • Durchführung von Analysen mit unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzung mittels GC, HPLC, IC sowie Titration inkl. Probenaufarbeitung.
    • Bestimmung von physikalisch-chemischen Parametern nach internationalen Vorschriften wie CIPAC, OECD, ISO, ASTM, DIN oder FEA.
    • Auswertung von Analyseergebnissen und physikalisch-chemischen Messungen mit entsprechender Software.
    • Zusammenstellung und Pflege der Ergebnisdokumentation im GLP-Umfeld.
    • Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen, Qualifizierungen und Validierungen von Mess- und Analysegeräten gemäß interner Verfahren und Vorschriften.
    • Verantwortliche Betreuung und Pflege von GLP-Prüfmitteln
    • Verantwortliche Betreuung von SOPs und validierten Formblättern
    • Verantwortliche Betreuung von laborlogistischen Aufgaben (z.B. Bestellwesen)
