Shipping and Receiving Associate (m/w/d)

Unterstütze uns bei:

- der reibungslosen Abwicklung aller eingehender Prüfsubstanzen und Waren im GMP-regulierten Umfeld
- der Abwicklung von Formalitäten mit den Transportunternehmen und Kurierdiensten
- der Organisation und Verwaltung des zentralen Warenlagers (Bestellung, Erfassung, Ausgabe) und Aufrechterhaltung des Warenbestandes
- der reibungslosen Versendung von Waren und Dokumenten
- der Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Gefahrgutsendungen als Gefahrgutbeauftragte*r
- der Unterstützung der operativen Einheiten als Zentrale Anlaufstelle für Versand & Logistik
- der Beantwortung von Fragen zu Zollbestimmungen und Problemen bei der Ein
- & Ausfuhr der zu verschickenden Materialien, Prüfsubstanzen, Geräte, etc. (nach entsprechend erfolgten Schulungen)
