Tasks

Design, manage, implement, and execute new user acquisition strategies
Drive SEO growth on Pflegia website by optimizing search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
Plan, execute, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns to achieve business objectives within allocated budgets.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve overall results.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and highperforming keywords for our campaigns.
Monitor and adjust bid strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
Collaborate with external marketing agency on marketing materials, content & creatives.
Develop compelling ad copies that align with our brand and optimize them for maximum performance.
Implement & Troubleshoot attribution / tracking issues

Requirements:

3+ years proven track record in user acquisition on web platforms, with focus on scaling organic search
Extensive handson experience with paid online marketing (especially with Google Ads, Meta & TikTok).
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize a monthly acquisition budget across channels and doing inhouse media buying
Solid experience working with web tracking, analytics & attribution modelling
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Experience in several of these frameworks, services and technologies: AdRoll, Bing advertising, Hotjar, Mailosaur, Segment, Sendgrid, Twilio, Zapier
