As
Vice President Sales (all genders) at Foodji, you play an essential role in the continued success of our rapidly growing company.

You will fully support our vision, translate it into strategies and ensure that we achieve them together with our sales teams.


In doing so, you will:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
  • Build, manage, and motivate a highperforming sales team. Serve as a sparring partner and mentor for sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
  • Optimize sales tactics and processes continuously, collaborating with other departments such as marketing and account management to ensure the best possible results.
  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, using data to guide decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement.
  • Observe market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth. This includes analyzing customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities.

Your profile:


  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of delivering results and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven success in building, managing, and motivating highperforming sales teams in a startup environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and account management, to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales data analysis and reporting in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in a rapidlychanging startup environment, including experience adapting sales strategies to shifting market conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members in a startup environment.
