As Newsroom Team Lead in our Corporate Communications & Brand team, you will be responsible for managing the corporate Newsroom of the Sennheiser Group, where communication across all brands and business areas is synchronized.


For this position, we are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys trying new approaches and has a flair for strategically developing topics and driving projects forward.

Newsroom Team Lead (M/F/d)

In your new role, your tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Streamline and synchronize communication activities of the Sennheiser Group through the corporate Newsroom
  • Achieve bestinclass communications performance utilizing a datadriven communication framework
  • Transition towards a topicdriven communication approach to ensure relevance in the markets, including the identification of trend topics and communication opportunities
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance and harmonize the communication and marketing performance of the Sennheiser Group while anticipating future needs
  • Establish a global communication tool suite to facilitate collaborative and seamless workflows among all members of the communication and marketing teams, as well as global agencies
  • Lead and develop the Newsroom Facilitation team in as part of the overall Corporate Communications and Brand team and in accordance with Sennheiser's company culture
  • Organize and host the Newsroom conference
  • Manage and maintain oversight of the Newsroom budget

As our new Newsroom Team Lead, we would imagine you have:

  • Many years of professional experience in communications/marketing
  • Excellent strategic thinking combined with strong executional capability
  • The ability to influence and drive communication initiatives across multiple locations
  • Global work experience and convincing skills in stakeholder management
  • Experience as a change manager with excellent collaboration, decisionmaking and project management skills
  • An open, flexible and teamorientated personality with selfstarter attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and, ideally, German
