Your Responsibilities

You are a highly motivated, communicative, committed and innovative team player to whom the values of maximum transparency, honesty and team spirit mean as much as they do to us - then come on board and join us on our exciting journey in one of the fastest growing FinTechs in Europe.

You will independently handle customer enquiries by phone and in writing.
You recognise the needs of our customers, listen actively and search for effective and customeroriented solutions.
You professionally handle enquiries about the account opening and investment process through to basic tax issues.
You develop your own ideas for optimising work processes and implement them.

Your Profile

Ideally, you have already gained experience in customer service career changers with heart and mind are also welcome.
You enjoy giving advice over the phone even on complex topics are outgoing and bring an interest in modern financial and capital markets with you.
A genuine interest in solving problems and helping others.
You have high expectations of your work and maintain an overview even in busier times.
You are motivated to familiarise yourself with topics outside your field of expertise and are not afraid to adopt new perspectives.
You have strong communication skills, a solution

- and result-oriented approach and good judgement.

You live in Berlin, Hamburg or the surrounding area.
German language skills at level C1 (written and spoken) are a prerequisite, English skills are an advantage.
