Company Description:

Statkraft has been making clean energy possible for over a century. That's what we offer. 125 years of unrivalled expertise in supplying the world with what it needs most. We envision a world that runs entirely on renewable energy.

Because in the fight against climate change, we don't see renewable energy as part of the solution - we believe it must be the solution.

With us, you'll shape a career that is truly forward-facing with many amazing opportunities and offerings to match.

But there's more work to be done - that's why we need you to join us.

Working in Corporate Compliance:

The compliance programme is well-established and is adjusted continuously in light of external developments.

As a Senior Compliance Officer you will be part of a team of 18 full-time professionals based in different geographies.

The team encompasses a variety of professional backgrounds and has a strong focus on collaboration and learning.

You will be based in the Dusseldorf office, together with another Senior Compliance Officer, and report to the Head of Compliance Continental Europe based in Milan.

Risk assessment and support for mitigation:You will be involved in supporting management in Germany to assess corruption and compliance risks and support for design of mitigation steps in the various business areas.
-
Integrity due diligence reviews: You will be involved in conducting integrity due diligence reviews of potential partners for different business areas.
-
Training and communication activities: You will be involved in continuing to build a strong business ethics culture, through delivering business ethics and anti-corruption training in Germany and contributing to communication initiatives on the topic.
-
Practical advice: Provide practical support and advice on compliance to new projects and initiatives in the business areas, as required.

You will collaborate closely with the other Senior Compliance Officer in Germany and the rest of the compliance unit on cross-cutting collaboration projects, beyond the assigned country responsibilities.

You may also be responsible for managing additional consultant resources or temporary resources as required. There is a requirement for travelling from time to time.
