About Complori:

Complori's mission is to make the next generation future-proof.

We are teaching kids 21st century skills like coding, critical thinking, collaboration and technology literacy (to name a few) with our hybrid learning platform.

We are dedicated to develop an adaptive and gamified, web based learning platform that features online live group classes for children aged 7-16.

With our Seed funding of €3.5 million (by leading European VCs Speedinvest, Educapital and Sparkmind) we are building a kick-ass team to further develop our product and reach more learners.

Your mission at Complori:

You support us in the implementation and evaluation of various marketing campaigns
You support us in writing and preparing content for our website, social media, blog articles and newsletters
You are always on the lookout for new trends and develop your own image and video content for our social media channels, and you are not afraid to stand in front of the camera yourself.
You'll work with us to develop a marketing strategy to appeal to kids and their parents
You keep an eye on the relevant marketing key figures and evaluate the communication measures.
You support the management in the preparation of presentations and reporting.

We are a perfect fit if
:

You have a "doer mindset", i.e. you don't just see problems, but you develop solutions independently
You can identify with Generation Z or are possibly even a part of it
You study marketing, communication, media science, business/economics, or design (or anything in between)
You are a creative person who can express yourself well in posts, blog articles and newsletters
Bonus: Experience with WordPress and Canva

Very good knowledge of German and English (Native level German skills are mandatory due to the German copies you work with)

How to become part of the Complori team

Based on the position we would love for you to
complete a short homework. This could be a coding challenge, a design task or a case study.
In a
second interview you will be able to meet your future direct supervisor and present the homework you completed.
Depending on the position you will meet one of the founders and we might ask you for some references.
We will get back to you after a couple of days with our decision and you are all set to
