THE ROLE
For one of our clients in Berlin, we are looking for a People and Culture Lead/ HR Lead (m/w/d).

As the People and Culture Team Lead (M/F/d), you'll focus on streamlining People, Talent, and Organisational Development initiatives and get the opportunity to contribute to various high-level projects.

In your role as a strategic sparring partner for our management team, you support, mentor, and coach our leaders in all people-related topics and ensure the processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Thereby you contribute to fostering a unique company culture and creating an engaging work atmosphere, where our smart, friendly, and no-nonsense folks can thrive in.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a strategic sparring partner for the management team on HR processes, organizational development, and change management projects
  • Implement and further develop core topics such as Leadership, Feedback & Performance, and Culture & Values
  • Support, mentor, and coach our leaders in all aspects of employee relations
  • Train, develop, and coach a motivated and dedicated team of two HR professionals
  • Be responsible for our operational excellence in major areas like on
- and off-boarding, benefits, contracts, payroll, compliance, and more

Job Requirements


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Several years of experience in HR, People and Culture Management, or similar, ideally in a startup environment
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing a wide range of HR processes
  • Highly selfmotivated, with the ability to independently drive your area of responsibility forward
  • Open, communicative, and friendly making it easy for you to be a sparring partner for the team
  • Agile mindset and a passion for structural improvements in organizational development
  • Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Fluent in German and English
NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Coaching background or similar
  • Experience working in fastpaced deeptech companies
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law
