Client Partner - Life Science & Medical Devices (D/F/M)
Based in Germany


The Opportunity
Cognizant's Life Science Vertical is seeking a Client Partner to assume leadership for major clients within the industry. In this role you will balance business development and sales responsibilities.

As a trusted Advisor you will be responsible for managing high quality delivery while developing strategies and tactics for further penetrating the account and cross selling Cognizant's emerging services.


Your Key Result Areas

  • Responsible for development and implementation of detailed IT solutions for clients using company products while working closely with technology competency centers and account teams
  • Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities
  • Key member for managing business unit target revenues, profitability and customer acquisitions
  • Be actively involved in deal reviews, developing solution, proposal responses, creating an executive summary for the proposal, and ensure timely submission with appropriate internal approvals
  • Build and maintain relationships across various levels in the client organization, particularly in the C
  • Level/ Executive Management Level, and build a partner map to position the team and management

Your Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Proven track record in managing a large portfolio of key accounts in the Life Science sector
  • Have a good understanding of the latest business and technology trends in this industry
  • Experience of leading and closing large deals in managed services (multimillion $ and multiyear contracts)
  • Network with third party influencers
  • Fluent in German and English as a Business Language
