Job Description:

Your key tasks

Provide strategic direction and vision for the Application Management Services (AMS) Europe Division, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Oversee the daytoday operations of the Division, ensuring the delivery and maintenance of cuttingedge technology solutions for Avaloq clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Determine the AMS operating model in Region Europe, incl. setup of organization, roles and responsibilities, process unification and optimization, standard procedures and adequate tool support.
Actively drive the optimization of the location footprint, incl. the use of near

- and offshore locations to maximize value for clients.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Division, implementing best practices, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including development, infrastructure, and project management teams, to ensure seamless integration with other areas of the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve outstanding results.
Excellent client relationship management abilities, with a track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with clients.
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
