Operations Specialist (German and English speaker)

NGC International GmbH is the German affiliate of USbased Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC), Numismatic Conservation Services (NCS) and Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
Due to the positive business development and steadily increasing demand, we are looking to strengthen our team in Munich and are seeking a fulltime Operations Specialist for immediate hire.

The main tasks include:

Conscientious and accurate receipt, verification, and processing of collectibles
Enter customer order information and details in the company's computerized system
Acceptance and shipment of national and international shipments, incl. preparation of packages and customs documents
Coordinate return shipments to the customers
Assistance in other daily business tasks if needed, such as: General customer service and research on collectibles (coins and banknotes)
Supporting the team at events and trade fairs

You should have the following knowledge/experience:

German and English fluently in spoken and written
Independent and detailed work, good organization
High attention to detail and care when handling collectibles
Knowledge in collectibles (coins, banknotes, comic books, or trading cards) is preferred but not required
Experience in international shipping and customer service preferred
Communication skills
Teamwork, flexibility, and willingness to learn
Impeccable reputation (certificate of good conduct required)
